Malmö City Fastigheter is a unique real estate company that holds a special place in our hearts at PAARTS. The company owns and manages several historic and architecturally significant properties in Malmö’s city center — with care, sensitivity, and respect for the city’s character and heritage.

As part of Malmö City Fastigheter’s 20th anniversary, PAARTS was commissioned to create an updated design for the company’s website as well as a dedicated anniversary logo. The goal was to modernize the brand expression and better reflect the company’s presence and role in the heart of Malmö.

The anniversary logo was used throughout the celebrations and featured on various marketing materials, company vehicles, and branded giveaways. The new website design combines clarity and structure with a visual language that communicates trust, local roots, and professionalism.
